The worst shopping experience of my life. Ordered a maid of honor dress in December for a wedding THIS WEEKEND. I got the total run around from a very rude staff and they never even delivered the dress to me. I had to call the manufacturer to get the dress. I almost had to drop out of being maid of honor for my best friend. Stay away from this place.

Horrible establishment! Buyer beware, do not waste your time. Placed an order for a headpiece and veil in September and had to call several times to pick it up. Once I received the item, I noticed it had been used and was the floor sample. Owner said they would provide a refund and never did. Store is also very outdated. Don't waste your time, I should have listened to all of the other terrible reviews.

I ordered my dress in March of 2012 with Nancy Fontana, I should have realized it was a bad decision considering how rude she was during the payment process - but I was too excited to think anything of it in that moment. My wedding was in August 2013, and in March 2013 I hadn't heard anything from Fontana so I called for two months. By June, I finally got a call that my dress was "lost". To avoid stressing myself just thinking back to it, I will leave you with the final piece of the story - I got my dress the second week of August 2013 with only time for 2 fittings before my wedding. My dress was too big, and ended up being destroyed by the end of the night because of the ill-fitting. To boot, while I was there, no on came in the room with me to help me get the dress on, or with my shoes or even offered me a glass of water in the heat. Nice try, Fontana. You couldn't ruin my day! My wedding was beautiful even with how horrible my experience there was. Stay away brides - plenty of other bridal shops to visit. Oh - and they deleted my previous post from Yelp - so I am reposting everywhere.

I have been looking for my wedding dress for 4 months. I was very skeptical to go to Fontana because I was under the impression they would not have anything in my very tight budget. Hands down this is the best bridal shop. I showed up fashionable late ( 20 minutes due to the traffic on I-95). They still helped me with a smile on their face. They were helpful and accommodating and ensured that they stuck to my budget. I was able to find the dress of my dreams in my budget. It was the best experience of wedding planning so far! I literally ended up crying!!!! I could not believe I found a beautiful dress in budget in Greenwich, CT. I would highly recommend this shop to any new bride. You will not be disappointed by the helpful staff and their willingness to please. I am the happiest person thanks to Fontanta Bridal Salon. The icing on the cake for me is they waited for my Aunt to arrive to see me in my dress and while waiting they served me sparkling water and took the time to get to know me. They made sure I left happy and went above and beyond any other shop I have been too. I never once felt pushed in to purchasing my dress. I felt like a princess and I looked like a queen in my dress. I could not be happier!!!
