Exclusive Bridal Shoppe

My daughter tried on one beautiful bridal gown after another at this gem-of-a-shop, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for being so attentive and patient!

If I could rate less than a 1 I would! I went for bridesmaids dresses and a few of my bridesmaids are size 12 or more. They dont have any sample sizes for girls over a 10. Secondly, the women helping us was so pushy and rude saying of course the sample sizes wont fit, you have to order it in your size and then it will fit. My girls would not order a dress they could not try on, I dont know anyone who would.... do not waste your time going here.

Jack and Margaret are two amazing people. You feel like family when you come here. Everyone loved my dress and my bridesmaids dresses. They customized my dress to exactly what I envisioned. A++

I went to countless bridal stores in Manhattan and could not find anything that was right for me. I came into Exclusive Bridal and tried on so many beautiful gowns. Most importantly I finally found my dress. It is a beautiful dress, but that is not why I am writing this review. I am writing it because Jack and Margaret were the BEST. They were willing and able to tailor my dress exactly how I wanted. I basically felt like my dress was handmade for me. Each time I came in with a new request I was greeted with a smile. They made me feel comfortable and beautiful-what every bride wants to feel. They made the entire experience a breeze. I could not recommend this bridal shoppe enough. They go above and beyond to make you happy-and don't stop until it is perfect.

My experience was terrible, the staff is only one person and she was constantly rude , no patients, always telling me how my dress should look , not letting me the bride say how I wanted my dress to look and fit. At the end the dress still didnt fit , and I distinctly kept telling them it was still to big, and when I put it on, the day of my wedding it was still big , where as it was supposed to be form fitting , since it was a mermaid style. My fianc had called the shoppe and he was so upset that I kept coming home feeling bad after each visit, his sister had.gone to this shoppe years ago and recommended it, so he spoke to the owner Jack about how I felt after each fitting. Then Jack become rude to me upon my next visits. So I was totally disappointed with this bridal shoppe, plus I had my girlfriend and my mother in law who came with me and they also said what terrible service we received. My dress was not cheap, and my fianc sister had gotten her dress there years ago, so I thought I would have a great experience, but on the contrary. So I would not recommend this place for any future brides. Unless you want to have a horrible bridal experience. Its something Ill never forget and this saddens me.
