Incredibly fast service. Had a faucet leaking, shutoff didnt work. Had to turn main water line off. Had no water. Eric and Ricardo showed up, diagnosed problem quickly, and fixed everything. Great pricing!! Thank you for coming out so quickly!! Will definitely use again.

My father hired Alvins Plumbing at the beginning of this year (2024) and a couple weeks after the job was completed, my father noticed a crack in the sink that was not there prior to Alvin Plumbings work. Upon bringing this issue to the companys attention in a cordial and polite fashion, the man who responded to my father completely invalidated the damage, adamantly refused to take responsibility for it, and did absolutely nothing to try and resolve the issue. The absolute disregard of customer service was appalling at best. That same guy is probably going to respond to this review post and do the same that he did to my father, which is gaslight, invalidate and continue to not accept accountability as Ive seen in past review comments. Absolutely do not recommend.

I recently hired Alvin's Plumbing and Heating to fix a sink leakage issue, and I am very pleased with their service. They arrived on time, were highly responsive, and provided a reasonable price for the job. Overall, a great experience!
