I would like to take a moment and write a quick review about this Hartford Mechanical and in particular the owner Julio. I highly recommend his company for the outstanding customer care and manner my old furnace issue was dealt with over the coldest weekend in CT so far. Julio made himself available on a Saturday morning and gave me a fair assessment and helped me make a decision. Julio stayed in touch with me over the course of the weekend and weekdays ahead and made sure my problem was taken care of. My poor decision lead to additional work with a complete sensor replacement. Julio worked with me on my time to then completely address the problem. Thanks to his outstanding attention to customer satisfaction, my furnace is now in great working conditions and ready for many more winters to come.
