        I received perfect service when I was there..after my visit they needed to go over a treatment plan with me so I stood in the waiting room for about 15 minutes..I asked how much longer, they said 20 minutes or so. I informed them I needed to go back to work, they said it's okay that I would receive a call. This was on March 18th, it is now April 10th. I called today and the lady stated I need to find your file and I'll call you back. I asked how long, she stated she going to go find it now. I don't understand why I wasn't placed on hold for a minute or two for her to go find it. But then again I've been waiting for over 3 weeks anyways. And still 13 min since I called Aspen and I'm still waiting on a call.

        I was a walk-in in a lot of pain and they took me in within an hour. Im so happy I went to Aspen. Ill be going there from now on.

        Bad experience. I requested an appointment for a cleaning. I spent there 2 hours only for them to give me a treatment plan. No cleaning. I read the previous reviews and it seems like I am not the only person with this experience.
