Always helpful, respectful and efficient. I stopped going to the office in Fox Run Mall as soon as I discovered this location! I feel like the Hebron Avenue office appreciates my business.

Do not go here totally unprofessional. I tried withdrawing money inside while in a rush going to a wedding and the teller stated Ive never seen you before here and your signature doesnt match up. I gave her my id, Federal cac card, multiple cards with my name on it and my home address. It took 30 minutes once I got to the counter to withdraw money. I guess only townies are allowed to take their own money out of their bank at this chain. Horrible customer service.

M&T Bank in general needs to get their act together, but this particular branch caused our small business so many issues. It seemed that getting anything answered or done there was like pulling teeth. Nothing was ever easy.
Without warning, they called one day to let us know they closed our account. CLOSED OUR ACCOUNT...our main business account. And why did they do this?!? Because one branch didn't communicate/pass along our signed document to the other one. How is this even possible for a bank that is all over the U.S.?!!?!?
They are completely disorganized and untrustworthy. With one issue after the other, this was our last straw. We took our business to Bank of America and couldn't be happier!!!
