I am not sure what the trick is to getting these guys out to your house. Maybe they only do commercial work? Two different phone calls to them about a month apart for a non-emergency, pretty simple job. Both calls were answered promptly and politely. He knew what the problem was. He knew how to fix it. Hell be at the house later this week to look. But never actually shows up or calls...

Intelligent, friendly, and reasonable. Helped resolve ssue with air conditioning receptacle. Went well beyond what most contractors would do for new customer and gave sound advice. Will use again in future.

Pretty awful, had them run a few junction boxes and put a couple of light on the side of a wall where I work. He failed to communicate after saying he'd be back in a couple days a week passed, called him and he said he'd come down, then he said he would get the job done Thursday or Friday, didn't until late Monday. Most of the work seems to be alright but the lights he gave me are damaged, the housing has dents and one of the terminals doesn't work, tested it with multiple working bulbs. In short I'd avoid this weird one guy op and opt in for someone with more credibility. Also they don't take cards (Doesn't affect my review just useful to know)
