        The older Brazilan lady made me feel really uncomfortable today she went in to the vault with another gentleman and was speaking about me saying “I hate customers like these” mind you have multiple buisness accounts with them but I’m done this experience was the worst I also heard we call me a “nigga”

        Be aware that there is a employer here that signed me up for a platinum card being a college student and going to school for my rn she worked a number on my credit all to make commission i hope i do see her again and give her a piece of my mind no one else did that to me but her i wish i knew her name but i dont forget a face and she did make me lose trust in this bank
