        Dont go there, this is the second time that they can't help me with something so simple, how to print the balance of your account because you have your ID in digital form, there are no clients there and they require an appointment for everything, the staff should be changed.

        I always tried to avoid this branch because of poor service, today I have to go to switch funds( I should do online) between accounts, I was told need make an appointment or they can't help me. I'll definitely not going to this branch again

        I can never get through on the phone. Then call 800 number only to be told they can't help me. Call branch. Not very good customer service. Maybe hire more employees. People over Profit!

        Worked with a very nice teller Mohammed at the Federal Road branch who helped me with savings bond redemption. It was a tedious process for him but he did it all with a smile and professionalism.
