Was looking for wheel bearings for my 2520 wasnt exactly sure what was in the housing.. Brandi E. Parts Manager Was very patient looking into this matter even went and talked to service! Hooked me up with all the parts I needed Plus information on installation! Awesome customer service! Thank you Brandi!! Dennis G.

I have a old John Deere 318 tractor. I need a mule V belt and tried to buy one on line with bad results. Also I did not have any good luck at another United Ag and Turf store. I decided drive to the Colchester store a 40 mile round trip. The parts man Carl Smith Jr was a great help and even got me help with a mechanic. They found the part number for the belt and had one in stock. I purchased the belt and took it home and installed it and it worked great. Thanks for the help and I will be back if I need any more service. Best regards Clint Keeney

I scheduled an annual maintenance in February. They picked up my mower in late March which I understand is because of the distance to my house.. Now it's 2 months later and my mower still hasn't been repaired. I understand staff shortages but if you'd look my lawn, you'd understand how unacceptable this is. Update: I appreciate that they contacted me today about the issue. They handled the matter very professionally and explained some of the difficulties they were having. I'm very satisfied with the resolution Thank you for the quick response.
