12.28.22 Update: After just speaking with a member of the leadership team I have more context about why my recent experience was not what I had come to expect from this dealer. After learning that the big transition just took place, and that that were some other growing pains they were working through, I am updating my review with hopes that as the new team settles in they will return to the level of quality service I enjoyed for more than a decade. It is only fair to give them another chance. Original review: Very disappointed with recent experience after change of ownership. Poor reception. Poor communication. Several weeks of wait time. No updates without me calling in. Total cost was significantly more than estimate. After more than a decade of great service by previous owners, will never come back here for service.

Have been looking to purchase parts for my Ariens Deluxe snowblower & only DH Marvin had them in stock for easy purchase. Counter guy was knowledgeable & courteous in helping look up the right part #'s. Place is clean, seems fully stocked & is impressive. I've found my Ariens dealer !
