Over the summer of 2023 I had my 2020 transit 250 worked on by Firestone for brakes, rotors, tires and alignment. It was the worst work I've ever had done. Wrong load rated tires and a brake job so bad that my left rear axle came out nearly all the way and almost caused me to wreck m II had my work van towed to Dowling to correct the axle issue and get the correct tires installed. The work done by the Dowling service techs was terrific. I will only be bringing my work van back to Dowling for any future repairs.

Very pleased with the overall experience purchasing a new vehicle from Dowling Ford. There was no pressure. No games. Much preferred over experiences I have had purchasing vehicles from other brands. Beth, Dan, Fran, Justin, and Asher were all a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership if you want a no nonsense, no pressure purchase experience.
