This is the second mortgage I've acquired through Larry Bye and his company. He is always cheerful, explains things in detail until I understand everything, is highly available and communicative.
His state of the art tools made understanding and choosing my options easy, and his mortgage document aquisition system kept me completely on point, tracking exactly what was needed so that I could close on time. Larry and his system makes this beast of a process (almost) pleasant!
One of the things that makes Larry special is that while YOUR blood pressure is peaking, his remains steady. Need to get prequalified in the next few hours so you can make an offer in a bidding war? No problem, Larry'll get it done. Need a gift letter but aren't sure what to tell your benefactors to write? No problem, Larry will call them for you to streamline the process. Larry loves his job and is trusted to get everything done on time, above board!
