Scott and his team were excellent. I was on the verge of losing my family home in a probate matter, and Scott found an unconventional solution that helped me stay in it! He and his team worked with me and my attorney for months on getting me to the finish line. Even at times it looked like the whole deal might fall apart, Scott never gave up or in and worked as hard as I was on getting everything submitted and approved. Kathleen, who worked most closely with me for the majority of the process was always available and knowledgeable about my loan options.
