Edible Arrangements

They are most incompetent edibale areangme ts I have ever experienced and , due to their incompetence, I cannot get refunded my mii money . They apparently dont know how to make a delivery to a patient at Yale Hospital when given the name and room number. Blammed it in a glitch online and said I should have called the order with them. By the time they got to the Hospital to deliver it more than 24 hours of placing the delivery order, the pateint was gone, then told me they will not refund me my 71.00 becuase they tried twice? Will try to report them to the better buisness bureau as well. Stay far away from edible arrangments branford, jnless you want to get ripped off.

There was an issue with my order, but the store manager took care of it and got me my refund in no time! Very professional.

Just ordered a piece for my friends passing of his father. What he received was nice, however it was not what i ordered. I received a call advising that it looked fine and that all the fruit was added. I ordered the largest one. The cost in an edible arrangement, is arrangement, and this was a disappointment. Posting what i received and a picture on their site of what i ordered. Hopefully we can get this resolved, because at 125 dollars, i do no feel i got what i was being sold. #boycottediblearrangements Update: Spoke with Corp, and they advised since the store sent out another smaller basket, which was again, incorrect, they can do nothing. Horrible customer service!!!! I purchased a sympathy arrangement to be sent for a gathering after the service. I paid an additional 14.99 for the same day delivery. It was still not delivered by 4. When I inquired about the issue, the associate went on to tell me that it was my fault for not picking a time, which by the way was not an option. I asked if I could be credited for the delivery fee since it was not delivered in a timely manner and the associate began to argue and tell me it was my fault. Completely unacceptable!!! I told him he had terrible customer service and that he lost a customer. He continued to argue about how I was wrong. Lesson learned to not use this business again.
