I Drove For The Co. Loved It. I wished they'd had stayed open all year round but i had to move on, My boss Jess Who is the owner was Awsum and Nice too talk with on anything of the materials that i needed to bring in for customers, I did hear him go into explanation to customers that we're not sure how much materials they might need Jess Was very knowledgeable and made customers feel right at home. I did meet alot of customers that came in they seemed to like the product I'd bring in. Sure miss the team.

Went to timber rock because other companies in the area I have had bad service. Was hoping these people would be different. No such luck. Ordered flagstone from them TWICE. BOTH TIMES they showed a DAY LATE. Screwing me on time and pay. Will never recommend to any of my customers EVER.!!!

Thank you James for your comments. We appreciate you referring us to your client. We have very valid reasons for both delays and this was communicated to our (your) client. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences you experienced. As a rule, we try to adhere to desired dates. In a perfect world, we always meet the dates, occasionally though there are very good reasons for delays. Again, we are truly sorry for the inconvenience our delay caused you. Unfortunately COVID in a delivery driver is beyond our control, it takes a specialized driver to make these types of deliveries.

Owner yelled at me for ten minutes about how he doesnt control the size of his rock, despite advertising size. Got 14 tons of WILDY different sizes. Previous rock was amazing, this stunk. He didnt care. Zero apology only ranting about his vendor. Owner Jeff proceeded to yell at me and have a melt down over my $6k order. Unreal experience.
Never go here. Youre warned.

They have good prices and the standard selection. Do not go here if you dont need a ton minimum. By the bucket is very inflated. They carry a very good selection of landscape fabrics and stakes.

The price for delivery and 3 ton of rock wasnt awful. The delivery guy could not follow simple directions. He dumped it in the neighbors driveway so I had to move it at 10 o clock last night when I got done working for the day (At least I thought). I should have been there and that is why there are two stars because I will take some responsibility. 28 wheel barrows and 100 feet later, I got it into the right spot. I will not be back or recommend these services to anyone.

We apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We prefer not to deliver when someone isn’t on-site to receive the delivery for this very reason. If we could change this end result, we certainly would. It is unfortunate that this happened and you have our sympathy. Thankfully, it wasn’t a full truckload!
