I visited this facility yesterday with a loved one, and the attention we received couldn't have been better- from the peer counselor, to the therapist, and to the nurse- they all were very friendly, courteous, professional and were able to find us a hospital that met our needs. This was the first time we had been to a service like this, so we were apprehensive, but in the end, we are extremely pleased with the overall experience.

I am the child of someone that works at JCMH. I have heard many times how impressed he/she is with the in-depth, educated, creative efforts to make sure the individuals that utilize the agency whether for crisis services, withdrawal management, groups, therapy you name it. Are examined for this bigger picture; And the amount of navigating and communication between departments, facilities, teams and individual staff is impressive. If the client is ready they will provide a slew of resources and options. I am happy my loved one found this employment. The happiness and excitement for a new, different, successful career is obvious. Please give it a try! Be honest with your situation, this is what they want to do, there is no judgment just eagerness to provide help.
