BE Therapy | Bozhena Evans, LCSW

Bozhena is an incredible therapist. From our first phone consultation I could tell she was a great fit for me. It was surprisingly difficult to find a therapist and a few other inquiries were busts, full or just larger practices where it felt more like you were a number. I'm sure that's not completely the case, but the "switch therapists at any time" doesn't feel that enticing actually.. It's like I want to commit to someone and vice versa. I see her for therapy just for myself and can say in a short amount of time we have covered a lot of personal issues, past and current and has truly helped me process some things. There can be a stigma especially for men about going to solo therapy and I'm here to say if that's your fear.. then you probably really need to go to therapy ;-). Just do it and if you're in Denver consider Bozhena!

Bozhena is a wonderful, supportive resource that I would recommend to any person or couple that is interested in personal growth and navigating challenging times. I've appreciated her ability to listen and reflect, and for providing the tools and encouragement to grow and evolve. Highly recommend!

Bozhena is fantastic, understanding, empathetic, and down-to-earth. She continually gives me great tools to manage my mental health issues while helping me understand the issue's root. I was referred to BE Therapy and am very thankful for that. Bozhena was very quick to respond when I first contacted her. We spoke on the phone, and we were able to set up an appointment within a couple of days. This was a welcome experience when trying to find mental health services. Bozhena combines talk therapy with her brain-spotting techniques. This combination works very well at identifying issues and working through them. I highly recommend Bozhena!

I was initially nervous about seeing a couple's therapist but Bozhena rocks!! She is great at putting both of our views into perspective and allowing us to better understand each other, which has helped our communication greatly. If you are thinking about taking this step in your relationship, no matter the cause, I definitely recommend it, and I recommend Bozhena. We both enjoy going to therapy with her and it has helped us so much. I'm really glad we did.
