Look no further! You found the best in the business. As a Mortgage Lender, I have the opportunity to work with a lot of different insurance providers. It's critical for my clients to have an insurance policy when they're buying a new home. Alyssa and her team are incredible! Their white glove service is only matched by the incredible rates they find for my clients. When it comes to Insurance, there is more to it than just a cheap product, you need sufficient coverage too. Alyssa takes the time to shop 26+ vendors for her clients AND she ensure that they are properly covered for their individual needs. I highly recommend working with Alyssa and team.

Mark was great and super responsive when writing my policy. Unfortunately his professionalism and responsiveness dropped off the face of the earth after the policy was written. It's not a good business practice to be super responsive when money is coming in the door but drop off the face of the earth when it comes to actually servicing your clients. Mark is not a good recommendation when it comes to insurance needs. I added a car insurance policy to my home owners and then switched a year later. The website won't let me cancel it and it said I must go through my agent. Mark responded trying to convince me to stay but when I told him to cancel he didn't cancel and dropped off the face of the earth. My card got charged $1500 when I had already paid for my new insurance with a different provider. I have been asking him since the 13th of this month to cancel the auto policy and he still hasn't done it (it's the 28th). Now he's trying to get me to sign a Docusign that says I am requesting the cancellation today instead of the 13th when I really asked. I am most likely going to have to dispute the charge on my card and shop my homeowners policy because I bundled the policies together. When it comes to insurance please shop somewhere else. If it's this hard for me to get part of my policy canceled. I can't imagine how hard it will be to get a claim paid if I were to ever have one.
