Stopped by to get a quote see about changing agents. Let them know I was not in a hurry, but my biggest request was communication in any form. One week later, still no update on a quote and no communication. All they had to do was indicate they would not be able to get to it for whatever period of time. Instead, no communication!

Gloria at Adams Insurance Solutions was outstanding to work with!!! My business was temporarily shut down by the pandemic. I was coming back and my old ins agent was no longer at the company I used to handle my commercial ins. Do they assigned me another agent. We struggled and struggled to get my business insured and up and running.
A friend who is also in my industry gave me Glorias info. And from day one Gloria took control of the situation. Contacted the state for me and helped me out tremendously!
I thought my previous agent was good, Gloria was amazing!
