        He showed up without any tools. Just the diagnostic box. He then said he believed it was the battery causing my issues. But wouldn’t be sure unless I jumped the car because he had now way to jump it . He wanted to charge me 500 dollars to switch the battery. I told him I would change the battery. Then to make it all worse he told me the wrong battery to purchase for the year and model. All of this cost me 95 dollars. Service: General repairs & maintenance
