I always enjoy snowshoeing here. The trails are groomed perfectly. The views are spectacular. I like it also because it's flat. Bad knees keeps me off the ski slopes, and this is a great alternative.

Love this nordic center, excellent terrain and a lot of long trails! The trails range from completely flat to more challenging ones, so you'll find anything for your skill level or preference, and you can easily run for a few miles without having to do circles. Trails are well-maintained and groomed. I wish I could go here more often. If you have your own skis, one time use fee is $24 and season pass for non-residents of Vail is $180. Unfortunately, they don't offer discounts for Epic pass holders, like some other Nordic centers do, so this price for season pass is too much for me, given that I don't go to Vail often enough to justify it.

What a wonderful experience, Personally I think the best value/activity on snow in the Vail Valley. All the trails are well marked and groomed. Wendy in the pro shop was fabulous, We like hearing about peoples journey in life. The chili buffet upstairs can't be beat.

This location was recommended for hiking. As this was our first time, we assumed snow shoes were needed. $35 for each of us plus the access fee was quickly $61 a piece. About 5 min into the trail my sisters snow shoe was broken. She took them off and quickly realized the trail was so packed they werent needed and it was easier to get around without them. Not ONE person thought to tell us they were NOT needed on these trails. We came back and told them a pair broke. No response, no Im sorry, no, let me refund you. Just an okay, youre good to leave. Incredibly disappointed, $105 down the drain. 100% do not recommend. Will not be back.
