Venture Sports Grand Hyatt Vail

Venture Sports was the best part about staying at the Grand Hyatt. The hotel itself had less than stellar service but the folks in Venture Sports were amazing. Especially, Delfina and Jonathan. They were very helpful, kind, friendly, and patient. Thoroughly enjoyed using the ski valet service,too.

A 5 star experience is an understatement. My interaction with the entire group helped make my skiing weekend experience delightful and memorable on so many fronts. From the ease of reserving ski equipment, a clean and toasty room to put on boots, valet service on and off the vail slopes, impeccable service all stood out. Combine that with the knowledgeable staff regarding ski equipment, and accessories, and great value and pricing, I couldnt expect or ask for anything more. Thank you all, including Daniel, Chad, Zach, Dan, and all others behind the scenes. Great job Michael and looking forward to seeing you next season. Steve.

We had an amazing experience with the staff and service at this location. Delfina was extremely helpful and friendly! She always had a smile and was very patient with my group, sharing her expertise on ski gear and the actual sport.
