Base Mountain Sports - Vail

Dan went above and beyond to give us a great rental experience. He was helpful, informative, and kind. The rental location is super convenient at the base of Lionshead, a very quick walk to the slopes. 5/5 recommend!

Dan and Chris were amazing! We had a large group with varying ski experience. They were extremely patient getting everyone their equipment. I had never skied before and didnt know what to look for in boots. My boots the first day were uncomfortable and they took considerable time to find boots that completely changed my experience. My mom thought uncomfortable boots were just a part of skiing but they proved otherwise. Everyone in the shop consistently went above and beyond to make our trip the best it could be. The shop dogs were an added bonus. Cant recommend renting here enough!

Excellent - the team went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. They kept our shoes safe while we were on the mountain, held onto our ski equipment and night so we didnt have to lug it back and forth, even let me borrow a pair of goggles for free when mine broke! Plus, they gave us a full itinerary of places to visit while we were in the area. Extremely personalized experience and cannot recommend enough!

Rented 4 E-bikes for the week. The staff was awesome, so helpful and great sense of humor. Helped adjust bikes and got us in and out quickly. Great service, highly recommend.
