Actually the worst place possible to live in Vail. Property manager was never on site or in office, head of maintenance never does work orders in a punctual fashion multiple tenants complained about orders taking weeks to fix a 10 minute repair. Snow removal doesnt take place before 10am so walking on ice and snow is a usual occurrence, elevator was often down for multiple days (illegal in a complex above a few stories for more than a day). Management clearly has no regard or care for life in general multiple iffy evictions took place, bedbugs, mold, non working appliances upon move in many many reasons to not live here I highly suggest getting a tour better yet talking to residents before signing a year of your life away to this trash can of a property.

*Middlecreek somehow deleted my old review warning people of the conditions here, so heres another, more in depth one* Lived here last winter. My unit had a problem with mold and cockroaches. I let the leasing office know only for them to deny it. I then told the maintenance guy, who went straight to the leasing office to report me. I was standing outside the office and heard them say nasty, personal things about me. I confronted them and they denied even more. They then tried telling me I didnt have a lease with them, even though I was talking to the person who gave me my lease paperwork. A month of arguing later. They then told me that it was mildew and not mold, therefore not harmful and didnt require them to fix it. This is just such a idiotic belief I was shocked to hear them say it. All in all they never fixed the cockroaches or the mold. Im no longing living in that apartment building and dont recommend anyone else live there either. Below are some picture of the mold and one of the hundreds of cockroaches that lived in that apartment.
