Solaris Residences

It's a shame there are so many one star reviews posted that are simply about the parking garage and rates, not about Solaris Residences themselves. We have stayed here several times and just came back from a trip for the month of July. The staff is working overtime to accommodate all of its guests and they're doing a fantastic job. Have patiences during the pandemic - many hotels (and restaurants) are short-staffed and still doing the same amount of work. Jesus in particular is new and always eager to help out, and Conor was very helpful during our stay. The rooms are beautifully appointed, modern, housekeeping always brought fresh towels, and the location cannot be beat. We will be back!

The property is nice, staff very friendly, and over all no complaints. Since we’re in this COVID-19 world, you really can’t discern bad service with the new rules of the pandemic. I can say the staff was very friendly and our 3 bedroom looked over the plaza and mountains. Would recommend and stay there again.

This is only for the parking and not the accommodations. Very scammy price notification once you're inside the garage and can't get back out. I just paid $40 for 2 hours and 20 minutes. I have parked around the world and live in the San Francisco Bay area but I've never paid that much. Whatever they sell I would never buy because of how shady their system is. Would not recommend to humans or animals....for that price I figured they might have a bathroom. They don't. Super sketch!
