        Walked into the retail store to upgrade my phone and the women said she couldn't help me because none of the phones can be bought outright. I had to have a plan with cricket. I have service with cricket, I explained. The cricket representative had her hands in her pocket, explaining she couldn't help me. If possible, go to the cricket stores up north, they're a lot more helpful and welcoming.
