Verizon

I was sold an internet device and told it would work for my job which is remote. I purchased the device and tried to use it. I work customer service and the internet connection dropped the calls on me multiple times. I returned the device and then receive a phone call. He said the rep who took the device in return didn't know he needed account access so it had not been returned they just took it from us and didn't make any action in the system. When I called the next day and explained the issues and why I returned the rep at the store said, "it doesn't have a line, how could it drop calls" I then said you're not listening I work customer service on the internet. He told me I was snotty and hung up on me. Definitely a negative experience and disappointing I don't have a good Verizon dealer in the area.

Wierdo on the counter. Now I know why everyone uses the website instead of going in. Jody made me feel so uncomfortable and like I was bothering him. I won't be back.

Terrible place, unprofessional employees. I tried coming in at 9:30 because I saw that they opened at 9am. To my surprise when I tried to open the door it was locked and when I looked inside no employees were working. I tried to call the store and a representative answered and was even confused why no one was there. Do not go here if you value your time and money.

I am 70 years old and thought that I could no longer be shocked. The charging port on my old phone quit working so I was forced to get a new one at the Verizon store in Trinidad. The sales person was very knowledgeable and had me fixed up in no time. Even put me on a new plan that would save me $30 a month. To make a long story short, three months later, I am paying more now that I was on my old plan. After talking with customer service several times on the phone with no satisfaction, I went back to the store. The person who sold me the phone and plan no longer works for Verizon. Talking to the person on duty I soon found out that everything I was told was an outright lie! There was no promotion for the new phone, I did not receive what I was told for the trade in on the old phone, the plan was not cheaper. Of course the person I was talking to at the store did not say what I was told was a lie Here is what he said: I guess that will teach you to read the contract more closely!!!! What a bunch of crooks!!!!

Very friendly and helpful. Solved our problems. The Verizon in Raton, no response on the phone, and they never came to work, I guess we waited a long time. Went to Trinidad Verison. I'm glad we did.James I think, cool dude helped us. Solved problems.
