        I specifically took the day off work to get my truck serviced at this place. I made sure I was this before opening time so I would be first in line. Then I get told "by appointment only". Its not the first time I've had my service done here and I've never had an appointment. I got an excuses "Well, we mush have..." I don't care what you must have done! You've cost me a day of work. One thing I can promise is I'll never trust this place again. Not even for the over a $1000 of Cooper tires I had planned one buying. I guess being family owned means you can done whatever you want even if means screwing over your customers.

        This business tried to rip me off! I will say this politely first I was discriminated against because I was a woman; second I was discriminated against because I was disabled. I went to H&R tire to get a front end alignment. They gave me an absurd quote of over $1100 for a front end alignment! I did my research, I called Napa auto parts, I made several phone calls to H-R tire. At the end of the day I got a second opinion and that tire shop was able to align my car for $98! The quote that H-R tires gave me Had to do with parts that did not even exist on the model of my vehicle! So buyer beware, do not trust H-R tires for any of your vehicle needs! Why would a company a try to take advantage of the fact that I was a woman and they thought I didnt know anything about mechanics and be they saw handicap placard and took advantage of the fact that I probably had a mental condition which is not the case! I will say this as loud and as clear as I can!DO NOT TRUST H-R TIRES WITH YOUR VEHICLE EVER! Buy tires else as well! Thats a story for another TRUTHFUL review on H-R Tires!
