        Never in my life I had such a great customer service, best mechanics, and peace of mind when I left with my car. I was in a bad accident that left me with ptsd they answered all my questions and pretty much held my hand while assuring my safety . And telling me my car is absolutely safe to drive. I'm so thk full to the whole team at herzog !!!

        Took this to this shop less then a month later. I have take it to another shop for the same exact problems. $800 bill for it too run but not turn right what I took it to get fixed.

        Instead of saying "we are not interested in working on your car" it has been a month and still haven't heard about the engine I was looking for. This shop was my go to. The lack of communication is beyond enough for me not to return here.

      I am not familiar with any car we are supposed to be looking for an engine, but if you want to call tomorrow, we can see if there’s anything we can do. Sometimes notes get lost and if that’s the case, I apologize.
