        Was in a jam with heater totally out. Called Lock & Sons and was happy they were able to respond so quickly. About a month after they fixed the heater it started making extremely loud sounds when it fired up. Called and talked to Dan he listened to the sound heater was making and thought he knew what to do to fix it. Have called back and left at least 5 messages and it seems Mr Lock has no interest in returning calls or standing behind the work he had his guys do.extremely disappointed in his failure returning calls and not backing up his work. Would not recommend them to anyone.Thank you to B&J Plumbing for coming out and fixing Locks screw up.

        Just moved into town, and needed someone to help me with a gas line for my dryer. After leaving several messages with not even the courtesy of a return phone call, I guess these people don't need business. Shame. This is a small town, word travels fast. Oh well.
