D Cent Plumbing and Heating

Absolute amazing experience. Came out to my parents place and were quick, reasonably priced and above all kind! Would recommend to anyone looking for plumbing needs to be taken care of!

The two young men were courtesy and professional. They explained what they were doing and why. Everything was cleaned up before they left. Will call them again if I need plumbing or heating work.

Far from D cent!! Actually horrible. I had them show up to snake a drain for me. The invoice says they ran the snake. I was here, they didnt run it. The older gentleman told me he found a 2 inch pipe in my basement and used that to shove the clog deeper. They took that pipe (mine) loaded it in their truck. They left about 12 gallons of sewer water in a bucket, that I supplied them with, in my basement. I had a professional company show up. They went over what D cent did, they determined that by them shoving the pipe in it clogged it worse and proved that they did not snake it. Do not use. Charged us 275 dollar's for the 30 minutes they were here. Do not use this company!!!

Spent the last month and a half calling plumbers around Sterling and I can't seem to get ahold of anybody except for I got a hold of D-cent 2 weeks ago and they said they'd send a plumber out the following week and no one showed up I called left another message no response call this morning get a hold of Rebecca and she said because I was rude and she would not even listen to my plumbing problem and she hung up on me what kind of business are they running I would not recommend D-cent although in the past I have used them three times and never had problems and I really liked the old man but I will not recommend them because of their customer service it has a lot to be desired
