The entire crew at P-Tools goes out of their way to help with bindings, boards, boots, and beer. They love to ride and want everyone out there to love it too. Huge shout out to Liam, Isaiah, and David for keeping it fun. You guys are the BEST!

I'm writing this review to explain why I will not be returning to this shop as a customer, unless there is a change in management, due to something I witnessed recently.
I have been a customer here at the Steamboat Powder Tools for a couple years now. I've bought bindings, boots and I bring my snowboard here to get tuned. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, and I have felt welcome here in the past but I no longer do.
On Sunday, February 25th I witnessed the shop manager Bernie berate and yell obscenities at an employee in front of the entire store. The employee was calm and trying to talk to Bernie about what sounded like a scheduling mix up and he responded by yelling loudly multiple times to 'Get the **** out of my store!" and "Your face is going to piss me the **** off!".
It was incredibly unprofessional, disrespectful and frankly embarrassing to see the manager act in such a way in front of the entire store. Other employees were visibly uncomfortable and I feel bad that they have to work there. If that is how he acts in the public facing part of the store, I can only imagine how he treats his employees behind closed doors. So I will no longer be returning to Steamboat Powder Tools as long as Bernie is employed there, as I do not wish support a company that allows such an abusive and toxic environment. I hope for the employees' sake that there is a change in the management.
