Installed doorbell with camera. Does not work. Only the backyard camera works. But have to pay full price of $69.99!

ADT sucks big time if you try to cancel!!! Moved person with dementia from their home and with Power of Attorney talked to 5 different people and have to provide where she moved to?? Why should they care. Need to stop paying for something and the house is for sale. Horrible response from everyone that was talked to. Never ever buy this service .....

I would never even give it one star!! Cameras don't capture anything. I was told I was on a 3 year contract just to find out it's 5 years and then got a collection bill for equipment when we changed houses 3 YEARS AGO!!!!! Horrible service and a waste of money!! Go with the Ring!! We still pay for ADT but the Ring is only 3.00 a month and works better than ADT ever will!!!

Worst company ever will never do service with this company again. I was told when I signed up I would receive a 100 dollar gift card and that was in October when are almost in February. Then I was told I need to fill out a form and send it back this was never told to me when I signed up and now I'm getting the run around about trying to get whats owed to me. I would never recommend this company and the fact that the donky on the other end of the phone refused to get me a Supervisor to talk to he fllat out told me no I won't get one. Im so disappointed i went with this company nothing but trouble from the start and they will do nothing to make it right.
