I LOVE the pharmacists and techs at Broadway Pharmacy. They know their customers and are always so courteous and kind. I feel valued there.

Dont go to this pharmacy if you ever have to travel/may need to fill your meds in another city. I work in construction and as a result sometimes spend the whole workweek out of town. While I found the staff here to be very personable and friendly, there was one gentlman in particular who essentially denied my full after I had to use an out of town pharmacy due to working out of town. He was highly unprofessional, and basically told me to kick rocks and go fill your rx at pharmacy x those were his exact words. I really liked the pharmacy while I did use it, but this type of interaction got personal for no reason. It was a very rude and disrespectful exchange. I had explained my work situation to him and he simply did not care. As a Pueblo native and lifetime resident I can no longer support this company as Pueblos Best. The medication he refused to fill for me can result in seizures upon abrupt discontinuation. So if you truly need the medications you are on and need to travel for work, or simply value professionalism and patient care I would advise against Broadway Pharmacy.
