I went to get a COVID booster and had registered online appropriately. The tech said she didnt think Walgreens was giving out an additional booster. I educated them that I qualify according to CDC standards due to my medical condition and also that the website was allowing me to register. The tech asked the pharmacist if they were giving out boosters and Melanie rolled her eyes and threw a fit. A call was made and I was correct and received my shot over an hour late. Melanie clearly doesnt keep up to date with guidelines, nor does she know the pharmacy policy. Additionally, she severely lacks in professionalism. I never received an apology or a thanks for updating me on my own pharmacys policy. Steer clear from her at all costs!
