Santa Fe Inn and Suites Pueblo

They need a sign and lots of renovations. The receptionist was very nice and it was quiet.

Dont stay here. It smelled like mold and the bathroom was not usable. Bathtub was orange. I stayed for a hour to try to sleep because I was driving across country, it felt like dust was accumulating in my lungs. Stayed for an hour and they charged me for the full night even though I was too scared to touch a thing in that room. Noteworthy details: Stay anywhere else. The car is safer.

I know they have bad reviews but they have worked so hard to repair the rooms, esp after the fire next door. Ive stayed here for 2 nights or so a month for several years and they are really nice. Iam looking forward to more improvements.

I think that place sucks. They don't have good heaters in the room. They use some little electric heater and it's still cold. Last part of November and you know it's going to be cold in Colorado.

It was late at night and I was too tired to drive any further. I called to see if they had a room because they were close to the highway. I had low expectations and was low on cash. The clerk was polite, professional, and extremely helpful. She gave me all the information I needed and offered assistance I asked about. The room was super clean and comfortable. I was blown away. I had a great quiet nights sleep. I will never stay at any other hotel in Pueblo. Rooms: Spacious and clean! I am really picky. Noteworthy details: The staff was pleasant and professional.
