The apartments and landscaping are really nice, however when the maintenance comes to remodel units they leave all the old doors and other things on the lawn and it makes the place look really trashy. Now I feel embarrassed to have family over for Thanksgiving...

Would like to leave a great review for some awesome maintenance work. Timing, hard work and customer service is great. Jack went out of his way to make sure we were happy with what was needed to be done. Glad to see you're on our team.

We have been here since December 2022. Our hot water went out. We waited 1 month before we got our new water heater. (Was not maintenance fault) That meant no showers and having to heat my dishwater on the stove to do dishes. They won't compensate for the month with no water heater. From what I've seen and understand we have been behind on rent from day one. The office lady that was here when we first moved in was taking money from people which is why I do believe us and so many others are so behind on rent. They Can't even keep anyone in the office. The office is never open to even drop your off rent. The living here is up and down. Sometimes quiet and sometimes there is a lot going on.A lot of drug users hang around. Cops come here frequently. I've heard of three shootings since we moved in. The maintenance guys do what they can when their accounts are not frozen... Thank you Mike for all you do...

Whoever says it's ghetto is only how you perceive it to be had you lived here the new management is doing a great job at maintaining the Pueblo Village the place could use less homeless individuals that make it appear ghetto and uncared for they leave there trash everywhere , they bring baskets taken from stores and they linger in and out of homes that belong to others in which I'm sure get tired of housing them since they pay nothing,also all these parents who could care less about how their misbehaved children jump in homes after curfew,and some run day and night without supervision in time I'm sure management will take control of this situation so this place won't seem so ghetto it's all about respecting those around you and keeping your kids under control if they can't do that then yeah these individuals make it ghetto for everyone that lives here it's all about the people and how they live through it and its not the Apartments or managements fault. People need to see that being the reason .
