I had an awful experience, beware of mistakes by this location!
I was given a green light to a unit number and a date to move in 7/28/23 and when I arrived a couple days early to pay the first month and deposit, the manager looked confused, couldn't find my file and told me that a guy got approved before me and is moving in tomorrow 7/27/23. I was devastated! I cried and cried my heartout asking her "why didn't you call me?" "why didn't you let me know?" She had no answers for me, had me sit in a other room where I overheard her telling a woman that "I am demanding a unit", THAT WAS NOT THE CASE, I left.
AS OF JULY 28, 2023. this apartment complex created a traumatic experience for a single mother and her 2 infants. We are NOW HOMELESS!
This was unfair and VERY TRAUMATIC.
