        I went in after hurting my back at work and they got me in pretty quickly. The PA was very professional. I was able to leave with medications and I also saw PT that same day. Im scheduled for more follow up and I hope it all goes a smoothly as the first time.

        I would not recommend Concentra Urgent Care to anyone. The provider I saw walked into the room and said "I'm not going to treat you, I don't know what you want from me" then still sent me a large bill. After obtaining a copy of my records from the "visit" I learned that there were things written in the note that were not true. The billing department is impossible to work with. I've tried contacting multiple different people and left voicemails with more than one person. Not a single phone call has been returned, it also took multiple emails to get a response.

        Went in to renew my MEC medical examiner certificate. Was in and out within an hour. Office manager is super friendly and helpful.
