        Was seen quickly after arriving and checking in. Service level was great at this CareNow location in Parker.

        Did an online checkin so I wouldnt have to wait as long, I almost immediately got a message saying they were ready to see me. Once I got there the front desk didnt know how much it would cost for me to be seen, and tried to charge me $200 it should be just $40 with my insurance. I then waited 2 hours to be seen. (What is the point of wait at home if I have to spend 2 hours in a waiting room anyway). The doctor and nurse were helpful and fast but the front desk staff ruined the experience.

        Checked in online, front office called to let me know it might be awhile, they had an influx of patients that came in, loved that the front office was courteous enough to keep me posted! She was awesome! Once there, got in fairly quickly, treated and on my way.
