        I have only positive words for the Parker branch of Chase Bank. Everyone I encountered was friendly and interested in helping. I had dealings with Conor and Trevor both of which were friendly, interested, and well versed with the various bank services I needed. The bank has a nice vibe, it is a busy and welcoming place.

        As a CHASE member, I stopped to have a form notarized. I was informed that they were too busy and could not perform a 2 minute notary for the entire day. I left and went to my other bank that notarized my form with a smile. I can't believe that this bank has so many bad reviews for poor customer service/notary and still has not done anything to improve it? I will be moving my accounts elsewhere.
