    5 stars for the maintenance team Peter, Rob, and Scott! They have responded to my recent maintenance needs quickly and efficiently! Amazing service and response time. They also power washed our halls and the front buildings common area is always immaculate. They stock the coffee, which is important to me. You can tell they really care about the people, the job, and the property. Best maintenance crew we have had here by far, and Ive been here since the beginning. Keep up the good work gentleman, you really make this feel like home.

    I was stationed overseas and beyond nervous about finding a good place to live, until speaking with Sherri. She was so kind and answered all my questions over the phone/emails. She would even reply on a day she had off. She really just made me feel at home and comfortable from the start of my search. It had been a long time since I had rented in the States, so I felt like some of my questions were dumbBUT, not once did Sherri make me feel that way. She sent me a video of the apartment, which was really nice to see instead of just pictures. I had a few minor things that needed to be attended to by maintenance after moving in, and they were beyond quick to come in and resolve the issues. Ive never seen maintenance move that fast before. The gentleman even called me and left a detailed voicemail informing me of what was going on and what he was going to do. I will say my walls are a little thin, so I can hear my neighbors dog barking, but I do love dogs and it could be much worse. The apartments themselves are located in a very cute part of town. The complex is well maintained and clean. The snow removal service is quick to get in and start the removal. The parcel pending service is a nice feature. There is a new and adorable coffee/cocktail shop that opened up right below the complex and it makes the location even better. Honestly, when I came across this place I just stoped looking. The other apartment complexes dont compare. I will give an updated review in a few months, but overall this place is perfect for me. :)

    Sherri and Andrea are great. Andrea impressed me because she is the community manager and usually tenants can't talk to managers directly but she makes herself available. Sherri is very helpful and nice. They offered a generous special which is one month of free rent. A lot of complexes aren't offering that kind of deal. I moved into a ground floor unit after checking it out twice before signing the lease and thought it would be quiet. But after I signed the lease, I noticed my upstairs neighbor is actually very loud. Just be advised that if you are sensitive to noise, you do not want to live below someone at this complex. They are letting me change to a top floor unit for a $500 fee which I appreciated. Haven't moved into it yet but when I looked at the unit in the evening, it was very quiet. I don't think I will have any problems at the new unit. Speaking of units, they are all very nice and updated. The only gripe I have is they aren't wired for Xfinity's modern internet plans even though they were built in 2018. Unfortunately, Xfinity didn't start rolling out their new service until 2023. There are also fiber lines going into the units but no one is really servicing them so you will be stuck with Xfinity over coax.
