Great place! Turner the maintenance SP hooked me up with a fresh ac unit just after contacting. It was quick and easy and the only problem Ive had and was resolved immediately!

The Depot at Twenty Mile has been my first residence in Colorado since my move. Before I even made the move to The Depot, Barb was there every step of the way! She was helpful and extremely informative about the complex as well as the surrounding area! After living here almost a year, she has continued to be there and supportive with myself as well as other known residents. The Depot is a wonderful, quiet, and well kept complex! I would recommend living here to anyone looking to rent an apartment or townhome!

I just moved into this complex and I just need to say that the residents and managers are AMAZING. Lisa and Barb were so so helpful, kind, and so enthusiastic! I recommend this complex to everyone. Also, a pool open year round?? YES! Thank you Lisa and Barb for such a lovely experience

My Wife, doggo & I have had the absolute pleasure of living at the Depot for almost two full years now. We have really enjoyed our time with this community. Barbara and Joana both have always provided us with exceptional customer service and the neighbor residents are friendly and respectful. We enjoy walking around the complex and using the dog park as well as the amenities it provides (this complex is very conveniently close to the cherry creek trail and a giant dog park!). We have ran into a couple of maintenance issues along the way, but the maintenance team is responsive and helpful. I have 100% recommended this complex to my family and friends and will continue to do so! Thank you Depot team for making this a great living experience for our little family.

Late February in Colorado, furnace goes out. Property management notified daily. Now 3 days later, awaiting a technician as I write to troubleshoot and hopefully repair the furnace, as tonights low temperature forecasted to be in the low teens. This property managements actions speak for themselves. Don't believe a word of their marketing web of lies. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere to rent.
