        I have been banking at FNBO for nearly 50 years. I often HAD recommended FNBO as a bank with exceptional customer service. I will no longer recommend FNBO to anyone. FNBO would not do a Medallion Guarantee Stamp for me as a 48 year customer for a simple beneficiary form. I am disappointed that FNBO is not the bank it used to be.
