Jim is an honest and hard working HVAC guy. I've read a few reviews and experienced it for myself. He always does his best to get out to you right away (in my experience; an hour after I called). Of course that can be hit and miss, but he really makes an effort. He's good at explaining what he's doing and justifying his work (if you care to ask).I will be passing his name along to anyone that asks.

We have used Jim Young at Mountain Comfort 3 times to install an American Standard forced air furnace and heat pump.  Once in our remodeled house on the river, again after a major flood destroyed the furnace, and now in a different house.  The equipment is excellent and quite energy-efficient.  Jim even reduced the price for us when we had to replace the furnace after the flood.  It has been great working with him!
