Our furnace went out 9pm. We waited until morning to call and at 8am the lady that answered the phone had very good customer service and was very pleasant to speak today and told us our tech would call when he is on the way but set appt for 12pm. When our tech Jacob called OMG we could tell right off the bat he had beyond AMAZING customer service!!! He asked some questions so he knew what he was coming into. His whole time here while he was fixing our unit he gave us a lot of knowledge. We felt he was completely honest. He is ABSOLUTELY amazing and we couldnt be more happy with the service he provided!!! CVHA will be the only ones we call when in need for our HVAC system. Great job at getting that young man Carbon Valley!!! Service: Repair HVAC

I placed an emergency call to them when the igniter in my furnace failed. They were here within an hour. They were prompt, professional and didn't charge me for the 2nd service call to install the igniter after having to order it. I highly recommend them. Service: Heating system maintenance
