Woke up to no water this morning so I gave southwest metropolitan water a call. They informed me that they knew about the break in the main last night. They told me no crews were sent to fix the issue then due to being out of hours. They said they have just dispatched a crew to repair the break now 12 hours after they first knew about the issue. They have informed me that it will be early afternoon before it can be fixed. It is sad that paying your employees overtime outweighed an emergency!!
