        Rented a Uhaul van here. TLDR just don't. I'm sitting here now 2 hours past my pick up time. No equipment in back. Talked to 6 different Uhaul people over 4 calls. I now have 5 different phone numbers written down. The parking break won't disengage and I just got a 90 minute ETA for roadside assistance.

        I was just on the phone with them, getting pricing, after just waiting on hold for about 10 minutes, I got an answer to one question, then mid-sentence, I was asked to hold again and I hung up after another 4 minutes or so holding... Very unprofessional. Assist the customer you're with, then move on to the next. I will shop elsewhere.

        Rented a U-haul, the gas tank was a quarter empty when I rented the truck and when I return it after barely driving it, they charged me for the missing fuel which I didn't used
