This is our son's 2nd year in the primary program and he loves it. We love the montessori way of learning and I think it has been very beneficial for him. He has really blossomed so many areas. His social skills, communication skills, independence and the way he is soaking up the curriculum. He loves to come home and "teach" mom and dad. Love that he shares that with us. Thank you Sunflower!

We couldn't be happier with this school! ALL of the teachers are incredible. Kind, patient and they actually do care about your kids. Yvonne in the toddler room was AMAZING with our son when he first started. I was sad that he was going to primary and wouldn't get to be with her anymore. Allison is now his teacher and she's wonderful. Elizabeth us our older sons teacher and we couldnt be happier. He has learned so much under her watch. When I drop my boys off I know they are in wonderful hands. Cari the director is very sweet and bounces from classroom to classroom to help with anything. One day I was picking my boys up and saw both of them hugging her and sitting on her lap! ALL the women in this building are exceptional and I thank you so very much

I am a former Employee and the teachers here are phenomenal they treat the kids absolutely amazing!! The biggest problem that I had was the director Cimarron West. I only worked here for about 3 months and I am so sad to leave all the amazing kids they truly have made this decision so hard. Cimarron was my boss and she was straight up disrespectful to me and didn't care about her business. She is so short staffed that literally anyone can walk through the door she will let them shadow an employee and automatically pay for the state training that is required. I am about to be 18 I was moving on to another job that would benefit my life and I found out that Cimarron had to shut down after care  because I was the only employee that was holding it together. I told Cimarron I would stay until November 1st and try to help her find someone to replace me because I know how hard it is to find child care I have a single mom and I've seen her struggle finding day care for my brother. I got really sick and she didn't care and her excuse was we have no one to cover after care I need you here. I was throwing up a day prior had a horrible cough and her response was that I said I was okay to come in. I told her my symptoms and she said as long as you wear a mask you'll be fine. Cimarron is very pushy and she guilts trip her employees a lot. We have an older lady working with us and she specifically asked Cimarron not to bring me in to the facility because of her health and how old she is. Cimarron blatantly ignored what her concerns  were. This older women who works with us  (Judy) was absolutely amazing she always made me smile and was an amazing colleague.   As for the respect of Judy I asked Cimarron why I was here if Judy specifically asked me not to come in,  Cimarron responded you're the only one who can cover after care today. As I was there we had a total of 4 kids and we usually leave around 6 and this day we left around 4:30. I was only their for an hour and a half for what? She said she would have found coverage but we have no one. With the ratios of students to teachers we had exactly enough teachers to go along with the day. I never once was rude to Cimarron I was always trying to better the school and put  our differences aside for the well being of the kids. All of the staff talked down On Cimarron  it wasn't just me that she was completely careless to and just utterly disrespectful. This truly is so sad for me because I don't want to leave the amazing kids that I have met and have really started to love, but Cimarron was destroying my mental health and not caring if I was sick and that the kids were at risk. Everything is great at this school except the director the teachers are amazing and everyone I came across was so welcoming and so amazing but the way Cimarron acts is not okay I can go on and on about how Cimarron treated me . I just felt bad for the kids and the parents and I just wanted the best for them.

I've had multiple friends that have worked for Cimarron at the school and for the first few weeks it's seems like a great place and the children are amazing and I haven't personally been in the school but I've picked up my friends from work a few times and teachers seemed very nice and welcoming. However every employee I've spoken to has said the same thing, it's a great job for the first few weeks and then cimarron starts to be pushy and kind of rude. She cares not about the well-being of the children but more about keeping herself in business she shows this extremely obviously by guilting employees to come in sick and making them feel bad if they don't and even to the point of saying they need to come in. Having sick employees isn't okay at any establishment but working with small children and even infants they're very vulnerable to sickness and it can effect them in a much more serious manner. On top of that though she just seems to always have a condescending tone and like another review said it seems as though she wants to belittle you. This however is the exact opposite of the teachers at the school I had a short conversation with Ms.Judy and she seemed like a very wonderful and respectable woman and she has very kind and caring intentions. Teachers like this are wonderful people and these people are the ones you would want looking after your child. However cimarron ruins it for all of the teachers no matter how nice, she is very rude and condescending to employees and from the reviews I've read even parents sometimes and if she's like that with older people I don't want to think what she could be like with children that are supposed to look up to her. Very disappointing.
